It bans drivers from being “discriminatory in the use of a vehicle.”
However, this rule doesn’t mean drivers have to be fair to everyone.
“I’m not looking for an example of an unfair situation, but there are times when people need to have more control over what is happening in their community,” said Ranaa Abdul-Rahman, spokesperson for Hipaa.
The new rule comes after a series of deaths and police incidents across the country, many of which have been blamed on unsafe roads.
Ranaa told Mashable that the hipaa government has been listening to the concerns of people.
“We are trying to understand how to better understand and react to these problems in a safe way,” she said.
Rafaah Abdul-Hamid, an assistant professor of law at the University of Minnesota, said the rule is still in its early stages and is subject to change.
“The law is still being developed.
There is still a lot of debate about how to define the boundaries and how to deal with certain types of situations,” he said.
The law also includes provisions for people to report drivers who are using unsafe or inappropriate driving practices.
“It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure the safety of all others,” it reads.
While many drivers will be able to ride on the highway with impunity, it’s important to know where you are going and what you’re supposed to do.
“People should be aware that there are many other drivers on the roads that do not share the same expectations and expectations for drivers as they do for themselves,” Ranae added.
